09/25/17 I went to the property and no answered the door for me to make an inspection. I attempted a call to the number posted and no answered. I left a voicemail.

I was unaware someone would be coming by today. Will return voicemail momentarily.

Not sure what the end result of the appointed officer was or his judgement being that he didn't inspect the issue nor did he communicate anything back to me after he stated he would get back to me once he went to the leasing office. Next time please send an officer that is genuinely interested in coming out to "see" the issue being reported. And since it was clearly a waste of his time, please assign another office to this. Thank you.

10/5/17 I talk with the leasing office. They have advised me that the order was put in for the roof to be fixed. At this point, it is a waiting process for management to approve the order and send someone out to fix it.

What is the standard time frame? The hole on the outside has been here since at least May. The water stain was painted over this morning (10/6) and doesn't appear the hole on the outside was completely repaired. When will the repairs be complete?

this was not properly handled- there are now at least two raccoons inside of my ceiling. Thank you.

10/10/17 I spoke with the leasing office and they advised me that the roof was fixed. The ceiling will be fixed by the end of the week but most likely today. They have you on schedule for pest control for the racoons today.

What was fixed? Because there’s still a big hole on the outside of the unit (where the raccoons entered) and paint over the water stain in the ceiling.

Hole remains unfixed and open to rodents.

10/20/17 The hole is covered. I will keep up with the leasing office for further action.

So is the board they left over the hole acceptable? What further action have you been informed of?
