Beschreibung

The water that runs between the townhouses at this location puddles on the sidewalk and has nowhere to drain, and it drains a lot for days. In the summer it is a running puddle off the sidewalk to the where the drain is, it drains over the top of the storm drain and down the resident driveway to the drain (and it stays wet for days), in the winter it is an ice slick. This is also a bus stop for I think elementary school.
