I was in the traffic on Dam Neck Road on the IHOP side going straight across General Booth Blvd to the Food Lion side when I came up to the red light. We sat at the red traffic light for 5 lights before the green light finally came on the go straight. All lights going in other directions were working. This was VERY upsetting to myself and everyone else. Can you please monitor that traffic light so that it does not happen again?
