This property has been cited numerous times by code enforcement and the owner has gone to court and I believe has been fined. We are continuing to cite the owner and take him to court. The city can not force him to make the building occupy able so we will keep on issuing summons and take the owner to court until he decides it will be better to make the needed repairs then waist his time going to court.
