THe issue is only getting worse with the visual distractions from construction from moscone to the freeway ramp south of whole foods due to the 4th Street subway project...the item is not closed.

I have tried to cross the fourth Street intersection by Folsome several times of late. It has been more than scary. I felt like a bowling pin at the end of a bowling lane. The drivers came at me never seeing me I was never sure whether they saw the red light or not. They were distracted by all the other things they needed to pay attention to like "where did my lane go?" It's only a matter of time before someone is severely injured or killed there. It was very frightening.

I have contacted SF311 and reported the issue at hand. Sf311 will be responding with the City's goal of fixing the issue or submitting this incident to SFMTA Traffic and Engineer to follow-up on. Service # 4356888
