This is a violation of at least two kinds for these bad neigbors:
1) Parking on the parkway and
2) Parking on a sidewalk.
The car has been there for several days.
The property also has a commercial painting and plaster company working out of that garage. They also park a commercial handyman truck on the residential street.
Please contact the proper authorities and get this fixed, once and for all.
