Beschreibung

The recently put in streetlights are out on 23rd and just above Dewey. There are three blinking. They make it hard to see and are distracting. I'm surprised no one has done anything till now. Couldn't figure out how to report maybe this will. Could induce seizures in epileptics they blink so bad.
