Arrow Waste truck (770) 441-3037 was delivering a new dumpster across the street for house under renovation and backed up on sidewalk in front of my house and busted up the concrete around the meter. We caught it on our home video camera. I know the meter will be replaced soon...not sure if the broken concrete will affect anything besides the aesthetics.
