Just about all of the ditches in this neighborhood are filled in. All the culverts hold water long after the rain had stopped because the ditches just don't flow. Some of the properties have just filled the ditches in with dirt. Please send someone out to resolve this problem.

Well nothing has been done! Most all the ditches are filled in. Water stands in the culvert's (mosquito breeding ground). If someone will contact me I'll be glad to show them. Some homeowners have filled their ditches with dirt. One homeowner has a cinder block wall in her ditch on East King Rd.
