The ditch behind 5037 and 5041 Regina Lane is not draining as expected for the rainfall and tides we are experiencing. I suspect that the ditch outlet to the storm drain behind 5041 Regina on Meredith Rd is blocked by grass clippings or other debris. This area was cleared two months ago by City Public Works but is now backed up with standing water long after rains have ceased.
