Beschreibung
The asphalt back fill has buckled and created a very large bump in the road. It is worse than a speed bump and it contains a pothole. Please find a way to shave this down or take out the back fill and replace it with a smooth surface. The entire road doesn't have to be done, but this spot is terrible.
