I reported this same issue with storm drain blockage on Ocean Shore Avenue at Sandollar Ct 6 weeks ago, received a message a few weeks later that the problem was solved. It has been raining heavily for about 10 minutes and there is a pond forming halfway into the street. Another 10 minutes of steady rain and both storm drains on either side will have completely backed up and the street will flood. What will it take to get the beach outflows cleared so the drains can do their job? I will call the city first thing Monday to complain loudly. I am lucky to have off street parking, others are not so lucky. Now beach goers will complicate the process. Talk about being proactive, way to go VB!
