This is a look from my deck of 5 neighbors back yards that are filled with junk. standing water, and one big eye sore of a garage. The standing water is a health issue when the weather is warm with the mosquitoes. I even gave the neighbor a gift card for a load of free top soil to help fill the low area but they never used it. I'm ready to call the health dept., or the EPA, because of the health issue. I can't even sit outside because the mosquitoes are so bad. The garage condition speaks for itself, this is a home for cats, skunks,possums etc., the car sitting their has sat for 13 yrs. It's a shame that people can let their yards look like this. I'm embarrassed to have friends or family over, especially in the summer for a cookout or to socialize on my deck. I think the city should crack-down on residents that don't take care of their property. They need to instill fines on those who don't.
