LCI "owns" vacant lot between Elliot and Asylum. Snow is never removed, there is no sidewalk, and the lot is a place for illegal dumping.

THere is no sidewalk at this location as evidenced in your photo. Why arent u making an effort to sell the lot given it is rarely maintained??
