The people who own this house have been doing construction for nearly 6 months without proper permits. We've reported them numerous times but nothing ever happens. Their contractors lie when you ask what they're working on and say painting or building shelves but they've significantly renovated the entire house. They may have once gotten a plumbing permit but now appears they are adding central air without proper electrical upgrades.
