F. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
A. Timing is way off. I, along with EIGHT vehicles behind me, sat on Fairbanks waiting to turn left on Westgate for way too long. There was zero traffic coming from either direction. Please address.
