THIS IS THE SECOND (2nd) REPORT BY A CONCERNED RESIDENT:
This same vehicle was also reported to SeeClickFix on 1/10/17. On 1/10/17 the following was reported: "Forest Green Oldsmobile Aurora; No License Plate; 4-door vehicle; Vehicle has been parked in the same spot for almost 1 month; Occupant is living inside vehicle; Occupant has been seen doing drugs; Occupant has had medical emergency twice since he has been parked there. It was reported that occupant attempted to enter a residence across the street while high on drugs, police were called."
It has now been almost 3 months this vehicle is parked with the individual living inside. Please address this matter immediately, as to this issue is can lead to possible dangerous situations with our residents here in the Hillcrest Park neighborhood.
Thank you for reporting! The Police Department's Community Service Section (CSS) has opened a case for this issue. CSS has one part-time and three full-time employees who are responsible for addressing all quality of life concerns, supporting Neighborhood Watch groups, and working with the Neighborhood Law Program and Code Enforcement to address distressed and dangerous properties. We work hard to investigate each report in a timely manner, and will investigate this report as soon as we possibly can. Please keep in mind there is a lengthy process to remove illegal encampments.
