Speed limit is 25 mph here. Ha ha. This is a joke. All cars are driving around 35 to 55 miles an hour plus. If you're not going to enforce speed limits, Maybe you could enforce the crosswalk? Or install lights? This is a terrifying crosswalk for pedestrians and cyclists. Cars rarely stop and when one does the others don't. There will be deaths here, if none have yet occurred.
