Is this house the source of a spreading rat problem in the neighborhood? Homes that have never had a rat problem are dealing with them now.

Have made attempts to call the owner who sold the house to current owner but have not been successful. Still a open investigation.

Georgia Superior Court/ TLO has not provided any new useful information regarding property ownership. Will continue to investigate.

3/27/18 - On 3/14/18, I spoke to Mr. Wright over the phone at the property letting him know that he could not work on the house without a permit. Mr. Wright understood the situation and stated that he has informed his employees to not work on the house until the permit is obtained and approved. The workers were allowed the clean up the exterior of the property (Loose trash, limbs, grass, etc.)

5/30/18 - I spoke with Mr. Wright about the property. Mr. Wright says the plans are still under review by Planning and Zoning and he should receive a finalization of the plans sometime next month. He stated that until the plans are finalized and he receives the permits, there will be no construction and rehabbing of the property at this time.

10/8/18 - Property manager has obtained demo permit and cut the grass near the property as of 10/5/18.

10/8/18 - Case is closed.
