Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened. Three years ago I was advised to try to flag down the plow driver BEFORE it happened in the future. Once again snow was plowed today into my private driveway. Not in front of my driveway. Not a long side of my driveway. But into my driveway by a large City plow. I tried to approach the driver from both sides of his truck and he refused to stop and speak to me despite looking at me. Another driver of a small truck did stop and became belligerent and argumentative. Asking what my "problem was". Saying he needed a raise to deal with people like me. He went on to threatened me with a cop who was nearby saying he d call him about "my problem". The same driver of this small truck went on to tell me I didn't understand that the plow simply slid into my driveway. I watched this from the second floor and that is not what happened. The plow marks on the ground start from a dead stop. The snow was pushed into my driveway. It is disgraceful that a long-term home owner and taxpayer of the city has to be subjected to this every winter. It is also disgraceful that a city worker does not think that they need to speak politely and respectfully to Citizens and answer questions. I am thoroughly disgusted.
