3 days later the light is still NOT working. Any idea when it will be done. The alley is so dark and dangerous....

I understand your concern. We have one Power Line Technician to work all of the City of Richmond in the evenings and only two Power Line Technicians to work all City of Richmond in the day. Your repair may take a week or two to be addressed. Thank you.
