Our alleyway is utilized by five houses worth of drivers, each with at least two cars. Unlike some of the alleyways, the users of this alleyway daily utilize our alleyway for offstreet parking.

Due to washout and use, there are significant potholes in the middle and end of the alleyway which impact the users ability to safely drive as well as ruins tires and undercarriages as evidenced by the scrapes and scuff marks toward the end and on the sides. Additionally, when it rains, the steep drive becomes slippery impacting our ability to drive up the slope.

Please advise how we address this issue.
