Water is leaking out up from the ground in two separate locations on Hillside Avenue making for very icy conditions. Can anybody in the city tend to this very dangerous matter? At the bottom of the hill where the new eye sore was built, there is a massive leak and in the middle of the hill there is another one. If this cannot be fixed can the city at least drop a lot of salt in both locations? Thank you.
