Encampment growing!! This is a major walkway to Bart - including several wheelchair using pedestrians. It has been reported several times to the City of Oakland. Trash is piling up on both the sidewalk and behind the fence. Caltran has repeatedly removed the encampment from there side. But "City of Oakland" refuses to remove them from there side. So they keep going back and growing. I am starting to think I should report this to the ADA and have them sue the city. I have several tickets over two years to provide them proof of your incompetence to rectify this matter.
