Beschreibung
In the rear yard there are 2 or 3 extremely over grown large palm trees knocking down fence , extending on to private HOA park. Sadly this area is also used by teens to smoke, drink and leave their trash. I have seen a palm tree burn and believe this could be a potential fire hazard for not only this resident but his neighbors as well. Your assessment is appreciated.
