Has anyone reported to this issue to the county?

This is so terribly dangerous!

During a recent downpour of rain, I noticed that spot was a small lake. Sadly, the road drainage across from this spot is horrible....creating another lake on the east bound lane. That whole intersection is a 3rd world mess!

I don't understand the point of "See Click Fix." I thought these things would be conveyed to people with the power to fix these things. Three years and nothing seems to have been done.
