What time of day is the problem occurring?

It was happening all day but seems to have been adjusted. Maybe someone could survey that light to see if more adjustment should be made.

Okay! The light should be fixed now I'll go ahead and close it. If the light has still not been repaired if its a traffic light or a street light attached to the traffic light pole then you would have to call the city state or county to report it if its a regular street light then you would have to call either the power company city state or county or who ever is in charge of maintaining the lights to have it repaired. Ok is the light at this location a traffic light or is it a street light.

I contacted the city of Little Rock online and filled out a service request on the issue with the traffic lights at the corner of Bowman and Colonel Glenn and the cities website said there have some one out there to evaluate the issue within 24 hours.

The traffic light issue has been fixed now. I'll go ahead and close out ticket.
