Driving through the community you see this paper all over the streets and several issues laying in some driveways. You can tell some of them have been there for weeks. I'm sure there are a few but I haven't been able to find one that says they want or like the paper being dropped off to them. How do we get it to stop being delivered and someone from the paper to come and pick them up off the streets? On one even lives at the above address yet they still drop papers off there and at other homes that are not occupied.
