And the "repair list" , does that include replacing several sidewalks in areas that are not even residential nor has open buildings next to it which I have seen done over the years while overlooking residential walks much more needed? Also, the tree maintenance done only made one side of the tree heavier, the side it is leaning towards the road being counter productive and causing the sidewalk to raise up more. And, our property alone is 60 feet wide. There is at least 360-feet of sidewalk on the odd number side of the street that needs replaced because of multiple large tree roots. And how will the city address the damaged retaining wall on our property that wasn't damaged when I first started reporting the tree/sidewalk issue? Several years ago they supposedly "fixed" the walk around one tree down by 411 N 27th but all they did was made the box area so large that the sidewalk passing it is very narrow... looks stupid and not a proper repair.
