This morning, when I was preparing to cross Western from Jones Franklin going North, I noticed that the traffic signals were green for straight through traffic, but red for traffic turning right onto Western (going East). There's not any traffic situation where that makes sense, so I'm guessing they're out of sync or malfunctioning in some way.
