I talked to the home owner this morning at 8:45am and she said her husband reported the odors to occur in the evening. Permission was granted to go into the backyard. No odors detected at this time. I will go back out this afternoon.

I met Jack West from Engineering Dept. and Construction Manager onsite concerning the odors. They did epoxy/paint the stair wells yesterday. While we were there we did get minor detection of the odors from the painting and they were not consistent.

The odor is quite strong once again (5:30pm) at the corner of Jefferson and Henry, making it impossible to sit outside or have the windows open.

This is probably the same odor that I reported on Tuesday.... It occurred a few weeks ago too

At 3:35pm the odor described as a solvent was in the air on Harris Road especially when the wind picked up. It wasn't overpowering and not consistent. Se previous comment from earlier in the day when I met Jack West from Engineering.
