Last summer the sidewalks were replaced on 74 Ave between Patterson and Poplar Drives. Inspection holes were bored through the concrete (3 in each location) at at least 3 sites, AND HAVE NEVER BEEN FILLED IN! I imagine the City would be wide open to a law suit if someone stepped into one of these holes and injured a leg or ankle! Also, in the middle of the cul de sac on 96 St there was a test hole drilled in the asphalt and never filled in! PLEASE FIX ALL ASAP!!

THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE CITY ON AT LEAST THREE PREVIOUS OCCASSIONS OVER THE PAST THREE OR FOUR MONTHS BUT TO DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ! ARE YOU WAITING FOR SOMEBODY TO STEP IN ONE OF THESE HOLES SOME DARK NIGHT AND BREAK AN ANKLE, AND THEN SUE THE CRAP OUT OF THE CITY? AS A TAX PAYER I'M NOT INTERESTED IN SETTLING A NEEDLESS LAW SUIT BECAUSE OF THE CITIES NEGLIGENCE!!!!
