Received a complaint from a constituent that there is continuous noise coming from this building, says the noises are coming from the roof, a continuous hum. He stated that at 11pm last night a noise started from what they think is a piece of equipment turning on and has been going since. Can someone please look into this. Is willing to let the health department into his unit if needed for a noise reading.

Spoke to building management, they replaced an HVAC unit recently and there was a failure which occurred last night / this morning. They will be shutting the HVAC off around 4:30pm today to replace and fix unit. Property management will also come out tomorrow to ensure the issue is fixed.
