If there's a problem with actual dangerous behavior, you know that SCF is not the place to report it. Nor is it the place for actually helping people who may not have your privileges, income, community, connections, and health. (Among others.) The only reason to bring up unhoused people on SCF is to bellyache about how they are making someone uncomfortable and depressing someone because it's, like, such a bummer that we can't have more nearly invisible destitute people.
