A. see photo. there is a mattress laying in the road that I'm presuming was leaning against the dumpster and tipped over
F. Where is the litter located?
A. see photo. this is the third complaint for this location that I've lodged in the last month. The complex owner needs to be held accountable to ensure that tenants are not dumping. The mattress is literally in the road
F. Do you know the source of the litter?
A. it's a mattress. My best guess is a tenant moved out or it was illegally dumped near the dumpster for the complex
