Months and months, theses vehicle have been parked there and reported. In the warmer weather someone comes out and works on other vehicles…. Guess this is their unofficial open air repair shop… on a one way dead end street. Free parking/storage and no overhead…… worst yet they don’t even live on Forest or Forest Ct😳😳😳
