car parked in red zone blocking visibility around this corner and obstructing pedestrian access to curb cut. this car is parked here often and there is no enforcement. I'd like to see some kind of physical barrier but failing that could we start ticketing vehicles again? it's getting ridiculous where we allow people to leave their private vehicles.
