Here is another thought. You have the Wilbur Cross High School right next door to the park. The school has a woodworking or shop class. Here again this is an opportunity for the young people to bring their creative efforts real results. After all they are in the park quite a lot. Now they could take pride saying they fixed and painted all the benches. Just sayin.
