This is the meter in the city lot by the Rockridge Library. On Oct. 7 I filed SeeClickFix request 1343579 because I put a quarter in the slot and it gave me no parking time. I got an acknowledgement but never heard from you again. On Friday Oct. 27 I parked in the same lot and once again it ate a quarter and gave me no time. I looked in your database for request #1343579 and it wasn't there. Would you PLEASE fix this??
