The repairs will be completed on or before 10/24/2023 if the repairs are minor, such as bulb maintenance. If major repairs are needed such as wiring and/or fixture damage, the repairs may take longer. If you are able to safely mark the pole where the light is located, please do so.

The address was listed as 211 Maumelle Valley Dr. A new work order has been issued for 210 Maumelle Valley Dr. Your work order# with a commit date of 12/15/23. The order has been notated that this is the 2nd request. Please provide the addresses for the others that are out.
