This is such a busy sidewalk for pedestrians. Lucky this summer break. The college students could get seriously injured by the flying debris when the car ran up on the sidewalk after the accident. Fence pieces went flying. This is only a decorative fence, not a fence with structural poles to keep cars from going up onto the sidewalk like other cities. It's dangerous.
