What is going on with trash collection? I have had my tippers out and nothing has been picked up. I now have 3 full recycle and a full trash barrel. I understand there is construction but if we need to put these out earlier than normal a heads up would be appreciated. What should I do? I tried to bring our trash to the transfer station and they refused it as well. Thx mike sakey 85 abbe , 413-977-2345

We have been working on this since you called earlier today. Our crew leader did go out there but the barrels are not at the end of the driveway so we cannot get them where they are. Also, per the ordinance "Residents must place tipper barrels at the curbside by 6:00 a.m. on the day of the scheduled collection. They should not be placed at curbside any sooner than two hours prior to sunset on the day preceding a scheduled collection. Empty containers should be removed from the curbside by 7:00 pm of the day of your collection." If you would like us to go back, please put the barrels at the end of the driveway. Once you have done that, please let us know and we will send the drivers back. Thank you for your assistance.
