uber driver waiting for a pick up using bike lane as his waiting spot. he was adamant that he was doing nothing wrong

we need the bollard (or something more durable) back to prevent cars from using the bike lane as a parking spot and the city needs to enforce rules about parking and waiting on ride share drivers
