We are still missing (2) painted Stop lines near the Stop signs, and proposed crosswalk.
Nov. 2022: Major repavement at intersection, an upgrade.
1/27/23: temporary lines drawn for crosswalk.
8/10/23: OakDOT confirmed that a third party contractor neglected to finish the paint job.
12/12/23: M. Shine's team visited intersection & doesn't know who will pay for repainting two Stop lines (& crosswalk).
=>The car accidents, here, are frequent & underreported.
This is still a public safety issue for bicyclists, pedestrians, and vehicles.
