This property has clearly been abandoned and is in terrible condition. It is an eyesore and a safety hazard for residents and pets in the area. The grass is overgrown and unkept, wild animal are in the yard, foxes and coyotes have been observed on the property and it is creating a tick haven for area pets. I have personally called and emailed Zoning Enforcement several times, was directed to Adam Zonas regarding this issue with no response. I reside directly behind the property and would appreciate if this could be addressed.
