The utilities Department came in to our property with permission to replace sewer lines. They left these 2 large pipes in the middle of our back yard (which is s tripping hazard for all 3 of the seniors in the household) while they were digging up the yard they broke our sprinkler system. And destroyed our lawn. Are they going to repair the damage or are we responsible?
