Seems like a few too many
"Telephone Poles"are being hit by vehicles.., esp around Connally Drive area. may I suggest painting the wooden poles...from the bottom to the mid section..[5ft]....
ORANGE with white reflectors screwed around the middle of the section that is painted ORANGE. It may be more visible to drivers, being that the wooden poles blend in with the Fall season. Might save the City of Eastpoint some revenue as well as the TAXPAYERS!!
