@SPTO Customer Service Supervisor could you at least provide the details to a plan to fix this issue? We are going on a month, and on the Stpete.org website it quotes potholes to be fixed within a 5 day SLA. Understand that there is a lot going on right now, however this is becoming dangerous with how large and deep the potholes now are.
