I have called 311 repeatedly about this street light in the alley in between Fairfield and Washtenaw. It's on the wooden pole in the north alley off of Devon.

I have also reported this directly to 311 via phone and online form. The bank will be building a drive-through at Fairfield & Devon and, as I understand it, part of the existing bank building will be coming down. I think this may be why the city is in no hurry to fix the light.

No the light is still out and regardless if the bank is rehabbing it's on an electrical wooden pole which I doubt will be removed for the bank. This is a robbery or mugging just waiting to happen cause it is so dark.
