Speed limit between Chester and Railroad tracks heading North bound on 83 is 45 MPH, not 35 MPH. It does not change to 35 until you are over the tracks in Avon Lake. However, there are only 2 speed limit signs on this stretch of road, one in each direction, south-bound is right after railroad tracks and north-bound is right after turning onto Chester.
